KS2 VE Day Celebration - 3rd December 2012
Around 50 members of our local community joined KS2 to celebrate `VE Day'. Each class sang their own war time song: `Kiss Me Goodnight Sergeant Major'; `The Quartermaster's Store'; `Run Rabbit' and everyone sang together `We'll Meet Again'.
Russet Class further entertained our guests by singing or playing some christmas tunes. They also shared the board games that they had designed with them, whilst the audience enjoyed a cup of tea and slice of cake.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and we were delighted to welcome our `neighbours' in to share their time with us.
