KS1 Fabulous Finish
KS1 and Reception finished off their topic with a bang by setting their Tudor Houses alight! We recreated The Great Fire of London 1666 with our own miniature version in the field. Mr Steibelt very kindly set out a place for us to watch the fire safely and some Year 2 children were lucky enough to be the 'Fire Wardens' and put out the fire with two different types of fire extinguishers. Mrs Hayward started the fire and then we put our Tudor Town on top to watch how the fire spread. It was certainly a day to remember for all of us.
