Following preliminary auditions, the final of Speldhurst's Got Talent took place on Wednesday 22nd July with eleven finalists set to take to the stage.

The audience and judges were entertained by fantastic acts from different classes that included magic tricks, singing, dancing and instrument playing.  The formidable judging panel of Mr Scott, Mr Goodsell, Mrs Watson and `the scary dinner lady', Mrs Dowling had a tough task at hand to determine the winners.

Whilst the judges took time to deliberate, nearly the entire class of Russet took to the stage to keep the audience amused with their routine to `Uptown Funk'!

Finally, the votes were in ... and the winners were:

KS1 joint winners - Magic Instruction & Haiden 

KS2 runner up - Dark Dimension

KS2 joint winners - Pentatonix & Maddy

Thank you to all those who put themselves forward for auditions; the judges at every stage; members of Year 6 who helped organise the event; Lauren and George for hosting the final and Joseph, Morgan and Mr Howe for managing the music - it wouldn't have been such a success without you.
